Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using ForgeTools ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the Software and discontinue use immediately.

Description of Service

ForgeTools provides automated tooling for Solana token operations including token launching, sniping, market making, and multi-wallet orchestration. The Software executes transactions on your behalf based on your configuration. You are solely responsible for all transactions initiated through the Software.

Custodial Wallet Disclaimer

ForgeTools operates as a custodial service for your Solana wallets. By using ForgeTools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• ForgeTools holds wallet keys on your behalf using AES-256-GCM encryption. Your key material is stored encrypted on ForgeTools servers.
• You deposit SOL to your ForgeTools wallet and authorize ForgeTools to execute transactions on your behalf according to your configuration.
• ForgeTools is not a bank or financial institution and does not provide deposit insurance or guarantees on funds held.
• You remain responsible for all transactions executed on your behalf and for maintaining adequate funds in your wallet.

Fee Disclosure

ForgeTools charges a service fee on all transactions:

• A 1% fee in SOL is applied to supported fee-bearing operations, subject to the configured minimum fee floor.
• This fee is non-refundable once deducted.
• Fees are deducted in addition to any applicable Solana network fees, Jito tip amounts, or third-party protocol fees.

Referral Program Terms

ForgeTools operates a referral program subject to the following terms:

• Referral earnings are accumulated and claimable according to your current tier.
• Referral tiers are determined by the number of active referrals: 20% (1–4 referrals), 25% (5–14 referrals), 30% (15+ referrals) of ForgeTools fees attributable to referred users.
• Self-referral is prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral rewards constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all earnings.
• ForgeTools reserves the right to disable referral codes, forfeit accumulated earnings, and suspend accounts for fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms.
• Referral program terms, tier thresholds, and payout percentages may be modified with reasonable notice.

Wallet Recovery

ForgeTools provides limited wallet recovery support. Current period:

• Account recovery requires contacting ForgeTools support through the help channel listed at forgetools.top/docs.
• ForgeTools makes reasonable efforts to recover wallets but cannot guarantee recovery in all circumstances, including cases involving data loss, server failure, or corruption of encrypted key material.
• You are encouraged to maintain an independent record of any wallet seed phrases for wallets you fund.

Account Suspension

ForgeTools reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, and freeze funds for any of the following reasons: abuse of the platform, fraud, self-referral exploitation, violation of these Terms of Service, or any activity determined to be harmful to ForgeTools or its users. Suspension may occur without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud or active harm.

Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the developers or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

User Responsibilities

• Secure your private keys, seed phrases, and device credentials. ForgeTools is not responsible for funds lost due to compromised keys.
• Understand the financial risks of on-chain trading before using the Software.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Do not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering.

Prepaid License Terms

ForgeTools licenses are prepaid and non-refundable. Licenses are revocable at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms. License keys are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized. Unused license time is not credited or refunded upon revocation.

Third-Party Software

ForgeTools depends on third-party services and protocols (Solana, Jito, Pump.fun, PumpSwap, Twitter/X) that are outside our control. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or security of these services. Changes to third-party APIs or protocols may affect Software functionality without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Specific jurisdiction to be determined. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ForgeTools shall first be addressed through direct contact with ForgeTools support via the published help channel at forgetools.top/docs. ForgeTools will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings related to these Terms.
